A quick and flavorful Mustardy Kielbasa Pasta dish that combines smoky kielbasa with a creamy mustard sauce.

  • 8 oz kielbasa, sliced
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard and heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes.
