Ingredients
6 cups Chex cereal (Rice or Wheat)
4 cups cheddar cheese Bugles
2 cups pretzel sticks (thin rods)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 cups candy (candy corn, Reese’s Pieces, candy eyes)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Combine Chex cereal, Bugles, and pretzel sticks in a large bowl.
3. Whisk melted butter with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
4. Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture and stir to coat well.
5. Spread mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet in an even layer.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crisp.
7. Cool on the pan for 10 minutes.
8. Add candy corn, Reese’s Pieces, or candy eyes and toss to combine.
