Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Divide the batter in half. Mix coffee into one half.
- Alternate spoonfuls of vanilla and mocha batter into the crust. Swirl gently.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely before refrigerating for 4 hours.
