- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of each liner.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Divide batter in half. Mix strawberry puree and powdered sugar into one half.
- Spoon vanilla and strawberry batters alternately into liners.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until set. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother batter.
- Chill cheesecakes for at least 1 hour before serving for better texture.
- Fresh strawberries can be used for garnish.
