Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt until crumbly.
- Press dough into mini tart pans.
- Bake for 12 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Fill tarts with cream and top with strawberries.
