- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners and spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Add a few pieces of diced strawberries on top of the chocolate.
- Drizzle a little honey and vanilla extract over the strawberries.
- Top with another layer of melted chocolate to cover the strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
