1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1 cup dark chocolate, melted
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup whipped cream
Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners and spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner.
Add a few pieces of diced strawberries on top of the chocolate.
Drizzle a little honey and vanilla extract over the strawberries.
Top with another layer of melted chocolate to cover the strawberries.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the chocolate hardens.
Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
You can substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate if preferred.
