- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into muffin liners.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Pour filling over crusts. Swirl raspberry jam on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Cool before serving.
