- 1/2 cup mango puree: orange layer
- 1/2 cup lemon curd: yellow layer
- 1/2 cup lime gelatin: green layer
- 1/2 cup blueberry compote: blue layer
- 1/2 cup grape jelly: purple layer
- Whipped cream: for topping
- Sprinkles: for decoration
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into small cups to form the base.
- Layer vanilla yogurt evenly over the crust.
- Add strawberry jam as the next layer.
- Spread mango puree carefully over the jam.
- Spoon lemon curd evenly on top of the mango layer.
- Chill for 10 minutes to set.
- Add lime gelatin carefully.
- Top with blueberry compote.
- Finish with grape jelly as the final layer.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
