4 oz cream cheese: softened
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips: melted
1 tsp vanilla extract: for flavor
Instructions
Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
Freeze the balls for 20 minutes to firm up.
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and return to the baking sheet.
