Mini mocha dessert cups are a rich and creamy treat perfect for any occasion. These individual servings combine chocolate and coffee flavors for a delightful dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and let it cool.
  2. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and mix with cooled coffee.
  4. Fold coffee-chocolate mixture into whipped cream.
  5. Spoon into small cups or glasses.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  7. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
