- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1/4 cup hot water
- Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
- Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and let it cool.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Melt chocolate chips and mix with cooled coffee.
- Fold coffee-chocolate mixture into whipped cream.
- Spoon into small cups or glasses.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
