Mini mocha cheesecake bites are a delicious treat combining the rich flavors of coffee and chocolate in a creamy cheesecake filling. Perfect for parties or a sweet snack.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into mini muffin tins.
- Bake the crust for 5 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Dissolve coffee granules in 1 tbsp hot water, then mix into the cream cheese.
- Add cocoa powder and blend well.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the filling into the crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Notes
- Use a piping bag for neat filling.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or whipped cream.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
