Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, butter, and sugar in a bowl until crumbly.
- Add the egg yolk and knead into a smooth dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into small circles to fit your tartlet molds.
- Press the dough into the molds and fill each with a teaspoon of jam.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use cold butter for a flaky crust.
- You can use any jam flavor you like.
