Instructions

- Mix flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla in a bowl until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Press your thumb into the center of each ball to make a small indentation.
- Fill each indentation with a small amount of jam.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
