Instructions
- Heat 1 cup of fruit juice in a saucepan until warm.
- Sprinkle gelatin powder over the warm juice and stir until dissolved.
- Add the remaining juice and sweetener if using. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into small cups or molds.
- Add fresh fruit pieces on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Serve chilled.
