- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut, for rolling
Instructions
- Blend dates, almonds, walnuts, coconut oil, and cinnamon in a food processor until sticky.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Coat each ball with shredded coconut.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
