Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Press the dough into mini muffin tins to form cups.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fill the cooled cookie cups with the whipped cream.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
