Instructions

- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
- Stir gently until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Add the butter and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls using your hands.
- Coat each truffle in cocoa powder before serving.
