Description

Mini chocolate hazelnut brownie bites are rich, fudgy treats packed with chocolate and hazelnut flavor. Perfect for parties or snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon batter into the mini muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Let cool before serving.
