  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, mix well.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Drop teaspoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden. Let cool on the sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
