Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of jars.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour the filling over the crust in each jar.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
