1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
6 graham crackers, crushed
2 tbsp melted butter
Fresh berries or chocolate shavings for topping
Instructions
Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into the bottom of small shot glasses.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in the shot glasses.
