Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl until crumbly.
- Press dough into mini tartlet molds and bake for 12 minutes.
- Cool crusts, then fill with caramel sauce.
- Whip cream with vanilla and top each tartlet.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought caramel for convenience.
- Chill dough before baking for best results.
- Garnish with sea salt if desired.
