1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl.
Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until combined.
Spoon batter into mini muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool brownies completely in the pan.
Heat heavy cream until steaming. Pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Spoon ganache over cooled brownie bites. Let set before serving.
