Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Stir well.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until combined.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges turn golden.
- Let cool before removing from the tin.
