Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add cold water gradually until the dough comes together.
- Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
- Press the dough circles into a mini tart pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let the crusts cool, then fill with jam and top with fresh berries.

- Chill the dough for 30 minutes before rolling for easier handling.
- Use any berries you prefer or have on hand.
- Dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
