1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup cold water
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tbsp jam (any flavor)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Cut in chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add cold water gradually until the dough comes together.
Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
Press the dough circles into a mini tart pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Let the crusts cool, then fill with jam and top with fresh berries.
