- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract into the mashed banana.
- Layer the banana mixture and melted chocolate in small jars, alternating until the jars are filled.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- You can substitute dark chocolate for milk chocolate if preferred.
- For a dairy-free option, use coconut cream instead of heavy cream.
