  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract into the mashed banana.
  4. Layer the banana mixture and melted chocolate in small jars, alternating until the jars are filled.
  5. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
