- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 4 hoagie rolls, sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form into meatballs and place in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
- Arrange sliced hoagie rolls on top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese melts and meatballs are cooked through.
