Description

Spicy jalapeño popper stuffed chicken is a flavorful dish combining tender chicken with a creamy, cheesy filling.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
  4. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  6. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
