1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons hot honey
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Drizzle hot honey over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
Roast for another 5-10 minutes until caramelized and crispy.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a keto version, use sugar-free hot honey substitute.
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
