Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, and ketchup.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes until glazed.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for best results.
- Double the sauce if you prefer extra glaze.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
