  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, and ketchup.
  6. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes until glazed.
  7. Serve warm.
