Ingredients

  • 100g melted butter
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 150g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100ml heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
  3. Melt dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Mix in melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour mixture over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Whip heavy cream and spread over the cheesecake before serving.
