Ingredients

1.5 cups Oreo cookies, finely crushed

2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted

24 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

15 oz pumpkin puree

1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

3 eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 square semi-sweet chocolate

1 tsp butter or margarine


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F if using a dark nonstick pan).

2. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter, press into pan for crust.

3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

4. Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice, mix well.

5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.

6. Pour filling over crust and bake 50–55 minutes.

7. Cool slightly, then spread sour cream topping evenly.

8. Melt chocolate with butter, drizzle in spiral over cake.

9. Drag toothpick from center outward to create spiderweb design.

10. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Best served chilled. Store covered in refrigerator up to 5 days or freeze slices for up to 2 months.
