2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup green chilies, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Stir in green chilies and cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
