- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup orzo pasta
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
