  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced

  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in onion, garlic, ginger, and turmeric. Cook for 2 minutes.
