2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

½ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F with a rack in the center position.

2. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Arrange on a rimmed sheet pan in a single layer.
