½ cup banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup almond milk (or any milk)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
Pinch of cinnamon
Optional: 1 tablespoon rolled oats
Optional: 1–2 scoops vanilla protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Cover and blend until completely smooth.
