Ingredients

½ cup zucchini, chopped (fresh or frozen)

½ cup banana (fresh or frozen)

1 cup almond milk (or any milk)

1 tablespoon peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)

Pinch of cinnamon

Optional: 1 tablespoon rolled oats

Optional: 1–2 scoops vanilla protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Cover and blend until completely smooth.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed with honey.
