This frozen zucchini smoothie is creamy, refreshing, and nutrient-packed. With banana, almond milk, and nut butter, it’s the perfect veggie-forward breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
½ cup zucchini, chopped (fresh or frozen)
½ cup banana (fresh or frozen)
1 cup almond milk (or any milk)
1 tablespoon peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
Pinch of cinnamon
Optional: 1 tablespoon rolled oats
Optional: 1–2 scoops vanilla protein powder or ½ cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Cover and blend until completely smooth.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed with honey.
4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen zucchini for extra thickness and creaminess.
Let frozen ingredients sit in milk for 1–2 minutes before blending.
Add more milk if the smoothie is too thick.
