Description
Frozen pumpkin juice is a cool, spiced fall drink made with real pumpkin puree, apple cider, and warm spices. It’s a flavorful homemade alternative to the theme park classic.
Ingredients
4 liters apple cider (or apple juice)
15 ounces pumpkin puree
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir well.
2. Pour over ice in individual glasses.
3. Top with cinnamon sticks and apple slices if desired.
4. Stir before each serving to prevent settling.
Notes
For a fizzy version, top with sparkling water.
Can be stored in fridge for up to 5 days.
