Description
French Dip Sliders with Au Jus are mini sandwiches filled with tender roast beef and melted cheese, served with a flavorful dipping sauce.

- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 oz provolone cheese slices
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut slider buns in half and place bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer roast beef and cheese on the buns.
- Cover with top halves of buns.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Heat beef broth in a saucepan.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into broth to thicken.
- Serve sliders with au jus for dipping.
Notes
- Use deli-sliced roast beef for convenience.
- Substitute Swiss cheese for provolone if preferred.
- Keep au jus warm while serving.
