French Dip Sliders with Au Jus are mini sandwiches filled with tender roast beef and melted cheese, served with a flavorful dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 8 oz provolone cheese slices
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut slider buns in half and place bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer roast beef and cheese on the buns.
  4. Cover with top halves of buns.
  5. Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Brush butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
  8. Heat beef broth in a saucepan.
  9. Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into broth to thicken.
  10. Serve sliders with au jus for dipping.

Notes

  • Use deli-sliced roast beef for convenience.
  • Substitute Swiss cheese for provolone if preferred.
  • Keep au jus warm while serving.
