  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Stir in eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  6. Pour mixture over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
