- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in eggnog, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Pour mixture over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Chill cheesecake overnight for firmer slices.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg before serving.
