  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  2. Place chicken, bell peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, and garlic on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
