- 2 chicken breasts
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery in a pot until softened.
- Add chicken broth and chicken breasts. Simmer for 20 minutes.
