- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh breadcrumbs for better texture.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
