2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side until golden.
Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh breadcrumbs for better texture.
