A delicious and easy-to-make casserole inspired by the Crunchwrap Supreme.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 diced tomato
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions.
- Spread refried beans in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Layer cooked beef mixture over the beans.
- Mix sour cream and salsa, then spread over the beef.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the sour cream mixture.
- Place tortillas over the cheese, overlapping as needed.
- Top with crushed tortilla chips and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with lettuce and tomato before serving.
Notes
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
