Description

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole inspired by the Crunchwrap Supreme.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions.
  4. Spread refried beans in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer cooked beef mixture over the beans.
  6. Mix sour cream and salsa, then spread over the beef.
  7. Sprinkle half the cheese over the sour cream mixture.
  8. Place tortillas over the cheese, overlapping as needed.
  9. Top with crushed tortilla chips and remaining cheese.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  11. Garnish with lettuce and tomato before serving.

Notes

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
