Ingredients
6 croissants
½ to 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough about 9 oz (250 grams)
1/2 cup icing (powdered) sugar (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice croissants into halves. Put about 2 to 3 pieces of cookie dough inside each croissant, then close and top some more cookie dough.
Line cookie croissants over your prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Bake in hot oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
Air Fryer Cookie Croissants
Place cookie croissants in the basket of your air fryer and air fry at 320°F (160°F) for about 8 minutes.
Notes
Customize with Nutella, s’mores toppings, or red velvet dough.
