A creamy and easy macaroni and cheese made in your crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Grease the crockpot with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, evaporated milk, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • For extra creaminess, add more milk if needed.
  • Top with extra cheese before serving if desired.
