A creamy and easy macaroni and cheese made in your crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
- Grease the crockpot with butter or cooking spray.
- Combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, evaporated milk, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
- Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- For extra creaminess, add more milk if needed.
- Top with extra cheese before serving if desired.
