A simple and delicious slow-cooked chicken dish with a creamy garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Before serving, stir in parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
