Description

Crispy Garlic Butter Cauliflower Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. They are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with garlic butter flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. While the cauliflower is baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
  5. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the florets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
  • You can substitute dried parsley if fresh is not available.
