Description
Crispy Garlic Butter Cauliflower Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. They are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with garlic butter flavor.

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- While the cauliflower is baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the florets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- You can substitute dried parsley if fresh is not available.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
