- 400 g white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- 8 tortillas
- Shredded cabbage
- Sauce (of your choice)
- Cut fish into strips.

- Dip fish into the flour mixture, then egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan to 180°C.
