Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until soft.
  2. Add chicken broth, thyme, and rosemary. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add shredded chicken and heavy cream. Stir well.
  5. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot.
