- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
